At Catered Needs, we operate as a mission-driven catering business, blending culinary excellence with community impact. Our offerings include gourmet grazing tables, charcuterie assortments, small bites, mini meals, and full beverage and craft services for film and production. Each menu is intentionally curated with imported and premium ingredients, designed to deliver beautifully presented, flavorful experiences that elevate any occasion.
Grazing Tables & Charcuterie Assortments
Starting Rate $18. per person
A beautifully arranged spread of gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, nuts, pickled delights, and artisan accompaniments. Our grazing tables are designed to impress, offering a stylish and delicious way to bring people together.
Small Bites & Mini Meals
Starting Rate $20. per person
Perfectly portioned, flavorful, and elegantly presented, our small bites and mini meals are ideal for any gathering. From bite-sized appetizers to individually plated gourmet dishes, each item is crafted for taste and convenience.
Craft Services
Starting Rate $25. per person
Fresh, high-quality meals and snacks to keep your team fueled during long shoots, productions, or events. We offer a rotating selection of nutritious bites, hearty meals, and refreshing beverages all tailored to your needs.

At Catered Needs, we are gearing up to launch a community-centered model of care that feeds, supports, trains, and empowers.
Our work is grounded in a simple belief: Everyone deserves nourishment, dignity, and a pathway forward.
We are "Catering to the Needs of the Community" by building a step-by-step ecosystem of support. One that begins with meals and grows into housing, workforce development, and long-term stability.
We begin with our pilot, the H.E.A.R.T. Program (Healthy Eating and Reliable Transportation), providing nutritious meals and reliable transportation to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. This foundation ensures that our most vulnerable neighbors are fed, seen, and supported.
In addition to prepared meals, we host Monthly Community Food Drives in partnership with local churches, community organizations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Together, we provide fresh groceries and pantry staples to families, seniors, unhoused neighbors, and individuals experiencing hardship. These food drives not only reduce hunger — they restore connection, dignity, and community care.
From there, we expand into Board & Care Housing Solutions, creating safe, stable, and compassionate living environments — where care is personalized, support is accessible, and dignity is upheld every day.
To empower the next generation, we are launching our Work & Volunteer Training Program, providing teens, young adults, and career-seekers with hands-on experience in every aspect of culinary service and hospitality. Volunteers gain training in:
- Front & Back of House
- Culinary Skills & Food Preparation
- Sanitation & Safety
- Kitchen + Event Operations & Management
Participants build résumés, gain confidence, and receive letters of recommendation to support meaningful future employment.
Additionally, we offer Re-Entry & Career Reintegration Training, supporting individuals rebuilding their lives through career pathways in:

Volunteer & Trainee Program
Sign-Up
Join us in making a difference while building your future. At Catered Needs, volunteers and trainees gain hands-on job training in every aspect of kitchen operations, while actively supporting seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
Our seasoned volunteers will also have the opportunity to receive stipends (pending budget approval). Every participant benefits from resume-building experience, career skills, and personal letters of recommendation to help launch meaningful employment.
